Los alquimistas galeses del metal Skindred nunca son una banda que rehúya mezclar su sonido y Union Black, el cuarto álbum de la banda, no fue una excepción. Con influencias de temas como el metal, el rock, el reggae, el dubstep, el dancehall y más, ya sea la urgencia de 'Warning' con Jacoby Maddix (Papa Roach), el golpe pesado de 'Doom Riff' o los eclécticos giros y vueltas de 'Cut Dem', la banda se agacha y teje alegremente a través del paisaje sonoro, creando finalmente un disco de rock interesante y diverso que vale la pena volver a visitar más de una década después.
Ahora, para el Record Store Day 2025, este disco estará disponible en vinilo por primera vez desde su lanzamiento inicial en 2011

Welsh metal-alchemists Skindred are never a band to shy away from mixing their sound up and Union Black, the bands fourth album, was no exception. Drawing influences from the likes of metal, rock, reggae, dubstep, dancehall and more, whether it's the urgency of 'Warning' featuring Jacoby Maddix (Papa Roach) , the riff heavy punch of 'Doom Riff or the eclectic twists and turns of 'Cut Dem' , the band duck and weave gleefully across the sonic landscape ultimately creating an interesting, diverse genre-bending rock record worth revisiting over a decade later.
