Un álbum Greatest Hits de 1LP que abarca todo el catálogo de Peter Tosh en Parlophone, incluyendo Johnny B. Goode, Wanted Dread and Alive y Bush Doctor. Originalmente lanzado en 1987 solo en Brasil, ahora se reeditó globalmente en vinilo tricolor (rojo, verde y amarillo).
