Ésta espectacular caja se lanzó para celebrar lo que habría sido el 80 cumpleaños de Jimi Hendrix y contiene 5 CDs del artista de Seattle grabados entre 1966 y 1967. 
El primer CD es una remasterización (con bonus tracks) de la edición mono en inglés del álbum debut "Are You Experienced?" 
El segundo Cd contiene la edición estéreo (con material adicional y siempre en la versión remasterizada) estadounidense.
El tercer y cuarto disco contienen todas las sesiones de radio de la BBC de 1967 de Hendrix (entre otras grabaciones) y el quinto contiene una "edición estéreo definitiva" del álbum "Axis: Bold As Love".

This spectacular box set was released to celebrate what would have been Jimi Hendrix's 80th birthday and contains 5 CDs by the Seattle artist recorded between 1966 and 1967.
The first CD is a remastering (with bonus tracks) of the English mono edition of the debut album "Are You Experienced?"
The second CD contains the American stereo edition (with additional material and always in the remastered version).
The third and fourth discs contain all of Hendrix's 1967 BBC radio sessions (amongst other recordings) and the fifth contains a "definitive stereo edition" of the "Axis: Bold As Love" album.
